Personal Data Protection

For any transaction to be performed through the e-shop of PARANOIA, for the company’s products to be ordered, you shall be requested to disclose some of your personal data. When you make an order, we shall request your full name, the address to which the products shall be sent, your mobile phone number and your e-mail address. After you fill in the aforementioned data, you shall be automatically transferred to the safe environment of Alpha Bank, and thus, we shall not store any information regarding the details of your credit card.

The aforementioned data are processed by the company according to article 7Α par. 1 (b) of the Greek Law 2472/1997, in order to perform the order given by the customer, and shall not be disclosed, announced or sold to third parties in any way, unless the procedure provided for by the law for the disclosure of personal data is initiated (Greek Law 2225/1994) or any obligations stem from the national application of the European Directive No. 24/2006.
